PENGARUH KONFLIK DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU HONORER SMA DI KABUPATEN BANTUL
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the Effects of Conflict and Job Stress toward Honorary Teachers Motivation The High Middle School Of Bantul. Subjects in this study were for honorary teachers the high school in Bantul regency. In this study sample of 109 respondents were selected using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is linear regression and path analysis.
Based on the analysis that has been done shows that the conflict positive and significant effect on job stress, job stress significant negative effect on work motivation, and conflict significant negative effect on work motivation
