KESIAPAN KERJA MAHASISWA EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UMY MENGHADAPI MEA 2016
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the competence of knowledge, competence skills, competence ethics, competence respects the values and norms and competency analysis of job readiness of students of Economics and Business UMY facing MEA 2016. The sample used was a student of Economics and Business UMY force in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and selected by purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is the primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Analysis of the test data using validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, test Coefficient of Determination and classical assumption that the form of normality test, multicoloniarity, Heteroskidastity, and Autokolerasi. The results showed that the competence of knowledge and competence capabilities are positive but not significant on the readiness of students of Economics and Business UMY facing MEA 2016. It mean that competence has not been prepared by the students of Economics and Business in UMY to face the MEA 2016. While ethical competence, respect for the value and norms and competency analysis are positive and significant on student readiness readiness of Economics and Business UMY facing MEA 2016 bearti that competence has been prepared by the students of Economics and Business in St. Louis to face the MEA 2016.
