PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DAN INTENSI KELUAR KARYAWAN PADA PT BPRS BANGUN DRAJAT WARGA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work satisfaction towards
the performance and the employeeturnover intention on PT BPRS Bangun Drajat
Warga Yogyakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire, distributed to
employees who working in PT BPRS BDW Yogyakarta. A total of 37
questionnaires were collected and were analyzed using simple linear regression
analysis to test the hypothesis using SPSS V. 22. The result of this study indicates
that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect towards employee
performance and significant negative effect to the intention out of employees.
