This study aims to determine the model of accelerated training to employees of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this research is the primary data, obtained directly from the object of research or textual data.the data is obtained from the interviews with employees of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta in the form of expressions. The sample in this study consists of four respondents from four areas of work, namely, customer service, teller, back office and marketing. These results indicate that PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta uses three methods of training, i.e. in-house training, external training, and sharing season. Training models used by PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta to its employees can effectively improve the basic understanding of Islamic banking for its employees
