PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN DAN AMBIGUITAS PERAN TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION MELALUI STRES KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi empiris pada karyawan BPJS Kesehatan D.I. Yogyakarta )
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the role conflict and role ambiguity towards turnover intention through the stres of working as an intervening variables on employee Wellness BPJS Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This research was conducted on the Wellness BPJS Yogyakarta special region and become the respondents in this study are all permanent employees who work in Health BPJS Kesehatan di D.I. Yogyakarta
Characteristics of respondents in this research are permanent employees who have worked more than three years. The number of respondents that were used in this study is 109. The type of the data being used is the primary data and data collection techniques using the technique of survey with questionnaire tools of data analysis in this study uses the SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) that operated through AMOS.
Based on the results of the analysis that has been done the results obtained that the influential role of positive conflict against turnover intention of influential positive role conflict against turnover intention through intervening variables as work stress, role Ambiguity effect positive against the stress of work role ambiguity, there is no effect on the turnover intention through intervening variables as work stress, there is a significant positive influence between work stress against turnover intention.
