PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING ( STUDI PADA PABRIK GULA PAGOTAN MADIUN)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze how much influence transformational leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was carried out in a sugar factory Pagotan Madiun and the respondents in this study were employees in the sugar factory Pagotan Madiun. The number of respondents that used in this study is 50. The data used is primary data and data collection techniques using the tools of technical survey questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using Path Analysis.
Based on the analysis that has been done, showed that transformational leadership style positive and significant impact on job satisfaction in sugar factory Pagotan Madiun, job satisfaction and significant positive effect on the performance of employees in the sugar factory Pagotan Madiun and transformational leadership style has no effect on the performance of employees in the sugar factory Pagotan Madiun.
