PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KEADILAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN WAROENG SPESIAL SAMBAL (SS) KOTA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effect of job satisfaction and justice compensation on organization commitment in improving the performance of employees. Information obtained from this research is very important for the institution as a material consideration to the application of employee performance improvement. Subjects were employees in Waroeng Spesial Sambal (SS) kota Yogyakarta. Methods of data collection using survey method with questionnaires obtained 103 respondents. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 19 and AMOS 22. The results showed that the job satisfaction has positive significant on organization commitment, justice compensation positive significant on organization commitment, organization commitment has positive significant on employee performance. job satisfaction no significant on employee performance, and justice compensation positive significant on employee performance
