The relationship between training and performance has long been debated whether or not these two concepts have positive correlation. In order to prepare workers to be desired, most companies provide training to optimize their potential employees to improve their skills to anticipate the possibility of future problems.
That training provides a positive impact to employees’ performance has been confirmed by some scholars, employees with high skills or get effective training to complete tasks well assigned by the company are able to increase both the performance of the organization and performance of the employees themselves, It is importance to be noted that some factors might influence the process thatcould affect the result.
Several factors that affect the effectiveness of conducting training, such as the process of transferring of knowledge, the competence of trainers to deliver the training materials, the ability of trainers to internalize the material, and ability the organization to identifythe training needs. If a person does not intend to share his/her knowledge acquiring from training to other individuals or groups, the organization will get less benefit.Therefore, sharing knowledge is a key factor that might improve the effectiveness of training.
