      Abstract
      Given the technology is indispensable in everyday life and the public demand higher government services, the government in Indonesia continues to develop the best services for the community, one of them is e-government. In addition to popularize the Internet and to improve performance of e-government, the government is also faced with attempt strategies to analyze and reduce the factors of disasters that occur in the environment of e-government that can significantly degrade performance e-government services, especially in the strategy of the human resource. From this research it is concluded that there are two important things that must be considered government for e-government strategies to achieve its objectives, first the government must have human resources that have national G-CIO where human resource is play a role as the leader in information supplier for organization by combining technology and information system and other management’s aspects so it can give maximal support toward government organization’s goal achievement and the second is it is a must to have IT certification in the government for employees.
