| dc.description | This study aims to examine the correlation growth and learning perspective to
internal business process perspective, the correlation growth and learning
perspective to customer perspective, the correlation growth and learning
perspective to financial perspective, the correlaion internal business process
perspective to customer perspective, the correlation internal business process
perspective to financial perspective, the correlation customer perspective to
financial perspective study at Wonosari Regional Public Hospital in Gunugkidul
regency. The variables tested are the financial perspective, the customer
perspective, the internal business process perspective, the growth and learning
perspective. The method used in this study was correlation model using SPSS
statistical software.
The result of this study shows that growth and learning perspective has
significant positive to internal business process perspective, growth and learning
perspective has significant positive to customer perspective, growth and learning
perspective has significant positive to financial perspective, internal business
process perspective has significant positive to customer perspective, internal
business process perspective has significant positive to financial perspective,

| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji besarnya korelasi perspektif
pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran terhadap perspektif proses bisnis internal,
besarnya korelasi perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran terhadap perspektif
pelanggan, besarnya korelasi perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran terhadap
perspektif keuangan, besarnya korelasi perspektif proses bisnis internal terhadap
perspektif pelanggan, besarnya korelasi perspektif proses bisnis internal terhadap
perspektif keuangan, besarnya korelasi perspektif pelanggan terhadap perspektif
keuangan studi pada RSUD Wonosari Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Variabel yang
akan diuji adalah perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses
bisnis internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Metode yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model Korelasi dengan
bantuan statistical software SPSS.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perspektif pertumbuhan dan
pembelajran berhubungan positif signifikan terhadap perspekif proses bisnis
internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran berhubungan positif signifikan
terhadap perspektif pelanggan, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran
berhubungan positif signifikan terhadap perspektif keuangan, perspektif proses
bisnis internal berhubungan positif signifikan terhadap perspektif pelanggan,
perspektif proses bisnis internal berhubungan positif signifikan terhadap
perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan berhubungan positif signifikan
