dc.descriptionThe main causes of infant mortality rate are neonatal promblem’s and infectious diseases such as diarrhea and pneumonia as well as malnutrition due to lack of exclusive breast milk . A family support, especially husband, is imperative to succeed exclusive breast feeding This research was a non experimental research with cross sectional approach. The subjects of this research were 227 mothers of whose baby within 0-6 months old in Puskesmas Kasihan 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. There were 46 respondents who were collected based on Purposive Sampling method. The data was analyzed using Chi Square analysis. Based on the date testing using Chi Square, the result was χ 2 5,893 which p = 0,033 (p<5%), which meant there was correlation between husband support to exclusive breast-feeding to babies within 0-6 months in Puskesmas Kasihan 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. This research showed there was correlation between husband support with exclusive breast-feeding to 0-6 months old babies in Puskesmas Kasihan 1 Bantul Yogyakarta of which correlation was low.en_US
