FAKTOR PENYEBAB DAN SOLUSI PELANGGARAN KEDISIPLINAN DI MAN GANDEKAN BANTUL YOGYAKARTA TA 2016/2017
Abstract
This study was to provide an overview or describe the causes and solutions violation of discipline in students in Yogyakarta, MAN Gandekan Bantul 2016/2017 to provide empirical evidence.
This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects were the principal, homeroom, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. The collection of data retrieved through interviews and observations. Data were analyzed using measures of reduction, display and conclusion. Mechanical checks the validity of using triangulation techniques and resources.
The results showed that the shape of the violations committed some students in MAN Gandekan Bantul is not going to class without explanation, not go to class on time, and not to bring sportswear schedule. Factors causing the behavior is a violation of the students themselves who are bored and not in accordance with the rules or discipline in the school, as well as less familiar with the rules of conduct at school. The solution violation of discipline in students in MAN Gandekan Bantul given by awarding a penalty for students that can not discipline. Punishment given by a score of offense and advice made by the homeroom teacher, student, or teacher guidance and counseling.
