      Abstract
      Be among the large number of other job sites, Startup Jobs Asia be different with credentials that are only aimed at startup perpetrators and the talenta or job seekers who are interested in the startup world. In the midst of intense competition between the job sites, Startup Jobs Asia make the positioning strategy so that consumers recognize and know their identity. Therefore this research was conducted to find out the positioning strategy done by Startup Jobs Asia as startup job sites. This research was conducted with qualitative method by using descriptive approach. Data obtained from the interview process and study of documents. The entire research data are collected and continued with the three stages of data analysis, that is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this research, it is known that Startup Jobs Asia perform various efforts in building their positioning. It is done by accentuating the adventages they have, improving their SEO (Search Engine Optimization), follow startup community and festival, perform startup socialization and spread the flyer.
