The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between intellectual capital formed from the components of capital employed, human capital, and structural capital on health banking with RGEC method (risk profile, GCG, earnings, and capital). The study sample consisted of 37 banks in Indonesia during the period of 4 years starting from 2013 to 2016. This study uses the method of intellectual capital proposed by Pulic and testing data is done by multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. The results showed that intellectual capital banking proved able to improve banking health with positive effect on RGEC variable. While the two indicators of risk profile, intellectual capital has a different effect. Judging from the credit risk, intellectual capital proved to have a negative influence on the NPL. However, in terms of liquidity intellectual capital banking has no influence on LDR variables. While seen from the ratio of earnings, the results showed intellectual capital banking has a positive influence on variable ROA, but the opposite results with NIM indicator, and seen from capital, intellectual capital banking is not characterized by an increase in banking capital which means intellectual capital does not affect the variable CAR.en_US
