| dc.description | This study is an analysis on the leadership factors of Financial Director of BUMN in
improving the financial performance of BUMN. This study was carried out towards 15
Directors of BUMN Finance that have the highest profit in 2016 accounting year. This topic is
to reveal a description about kinds of leadership factors possessed by a Financial Director who
have profit contribution for the company. The method of the study was qualitative, data and
information were then generated to answer the research question. Result shows that a Financial
Director must have skills and abilities in finance, be communicative, and have integrity. | en_US |
