dc.descriptionStart-up companies can not use the leadership model specified in the beginning and then used for the next. Such a company needs a leader's leader who can adapt to the conditions of the team and the company. Therefore, this research takes the title of Implementation of Leadership Style in Start Up Company. The research method used is qualitative with direct observation and individual interview. With an object of as many as 15 people, the research gets the result that a flexible leadership style is preferred and more effective in running a start up company. Leaders who can adjust to subordinate conditions accelerate the development of business.en_US
