dc.description | The Declaration of Law Number 20 of 2003 article 51 point 1 contains two things that
need attention, especially the providers of early childhood education, primary school and
secondary education, namely: management based on minimum service standards and
management principles using school-based management.
The purpose of this study are: 1. To understand the implementation or practice of
school-based management 2. To evaluate the achievement of Minimum Service Standards
fulfillment.
School-based management is a strategy to create an effective and productive school.
Autonomy is given to schools to freely manage resources, sources of funds, learning resources,
and more responsive to local needs Minimum service standards of basic education is the
benchmark of the performance of basic education services through formal education channels
that must be held district / city.
This research uses descriptive qualitative method because through field study based on
natural condition, looking at social reality as a holistic / intact. Data collection is done through
interview and observation,
In this study, the data obtained through interviews and observations collected
organized, then the relationships that occur interpreted to get the conclusion of research
