dc.descriptionIn this thsis the writer analizes the strategy to raise up the human resource in UPT Puskesmas Semanu II Gunungkidul. This research is descriptive method. The analize instrument is arranged based on the approach of bussines management system by Hadjisarosa. The date used is primary and secondary date gotten from date collection that is given in questionary and interviev.The date is also collected with sampling proporsional method in criteria, the analyze method of research result date uses approach system and SWOT analyze. The result of research shows that the existence of UPT Puskesmas Semnu II Gunungkidul in the diagram of SWOT is in quadrant II, which means that eventhough there is serious threat it still can have internal power. The focus of this strategy is divercifications, namely using the power for a long time purpose. The development strategy to be done is to raise up the cooperation of society and goverment in development of divercifications of human resources capacity based on information technology.en_US
