This research type is quantitative research with survey method. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee work stress on employee performance and the influence of spirituality in the workplace on employee performance. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sampling method that is taking all the population to be the sample. The sample in this research is BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri employees as many as 75 people. The instrument of data collection used is questionnaire. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. The results of the research shows that work stress and spirituality in the workplace have a positive effect on employee performance of BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri with the percentage of 27.4%.
