| dc.description | Apotek merupakan salah satu jenis usaha dibidang perobatan yang sangat
memerlukan adanya sistem informasi pengolahan data untuk mempermudah dan
memperlancar kinerjanya. Pada masa kini, masih banyak penulisan data-data yang
masuk yang dilakukan secara manual. Cukup banyak apotek yang masih
memberdayakan tenaga manusia yang ada untuk mengolah data-data yang yang ada
demi memperlancar usahanya. Proses yang masih dilalui secara manual membuat
kinerja apotek menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien.
Namun biasanya data-data yang masuk akan dicatat kedalam sebuah buku,
pencatatan ini merupakan pekerjaan yang tidak mudah dan selain membutuhkan
waktu juga sangat menguras tenaga. Selain itu penyusunan data-data pada apotek
yang ada juga akan terhambat dengan dilakukannya cara-cara pengelolaan yang
masih bersifat manual. Dalam pembuatan laporan untuk evaluasi kinerja apotek
juga mengalami kendala.
Oleh sebab itu, maka perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam pengelolaan sebuah
sistem pengolahan data dan penyusunan laporan. Perbaikan yang akan dilakukan
yaitu membuat sistem pencatatan yang manual dengan menggunakan sistem yang
berbasis komputer, baik dari segi pendataan barang persediaan, pencatatan data
transaksi, proses pembuatan laporan dan proses yang lainnya yang berhubungan
dengan aktivitas pada apotek yang bersangkutan. Dengan adanya sebuah aplikasi
sistem informasi Pengolahan Data dan Penyusunan Laporan pada Apotek yang
akan dibuat ini, maka sistem informasi Apotek akan dapat dikelola dengan lebih
baik lagi.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan black box pada sistem informasi
Apotek Kresna dapat simpulkan bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah
proses pengolahan data serta dapat mempermudah proses transaksi dengan
customer. Hal ini dapat sebagai penunjang untuk memperbaharui sistem yang saat
ini ada pada Apotek Kresna. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pharmacy is one type of business in the sector of medicine that is in need of
data processing to simplify and speed up the performance. In the present, there is
so many entry data done by manually. A lot of pharmacies are still empowering
human to process the data that exist in order to expedite business. Processes that
are still passed manually make the performance of the pharmacy to be less effective
and efficient.
But usually the incoming data will be recorded into a book, this job record
is not easy and in addition to the time is also very draining. In addition, the
preparation of data on existing pharmacies will also be hampered by the way of
management that is still manual. In the make of reports for the evaluation of the
performance pharmacies are also experiencing constraints.
Therefore, it is necessary to make improvements in the management of a
data processing system and preparation of reports. Improvements that will be made
is to create a manual recording system using a computer-based system, both in
terms of inventory data collection, recording transaction data, the process of
making reports and other processes associated with the activities at the pharmacy
concerned. With the existence of an information system application data processing
and preparation of reports on the pharmacy to be made this, the pharmacy
information system will be managed better.
Bases on the results of testing with black box on information system Kresna
Pharmacy can conclude that this information system can simplify the process of
data processing and can facilitate the process of transaction with the customer.
This can be as a support to update the system that currently exists in Kresna
