Financing with Murabahah contract and Wakalah contract is one of the fund distribution products that attract many costumers at BPRS Margirizki Bahagia. According to the Fatwa DSN MUI, murabahah is to sell goods with higher prices to the buyers for profits, while wakalah is used as power transfer by one client to other clients in things that may be represented. This research was aimed to know and analyze the implementation of murabahah contract with power wakalah contract adjusted with the Fatwa DSN MUI on murabahah and wakalah. Using descriptive analytical study, observation, and interview, the researcher found that the overall implementation of murabahah contract with power wakalah contract in financing at BPRS Margirizki Bahagia of Wonosari Branch Office has been in line with the regulation of Fatwa DSN MUI No.04 dated in 2000 about Murabahah and the Fatwa DSN MUI No.10 dated in 2000 about Wakalah.
