PERANCANGAN ALAT STERILISASI UV SIKAT GIGI BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO
Abstract
Tooth brush sterilization used to sterilize the object it is a tooth brush. to reduce the ammount of bacteria. In order to maintain oral hygiene that can be done with tooth brush sterilization using UV (ultra violet). The aim of this experiment is to make a tool that can sterilize the bacteria on the tooth brush after use.
In the sterilization process the length of time required in 10 minutes. The length of time is set by the Arduino UNO. This tool uses UV light (ultra violet) with 8 watts of power as much as efficient in reduce bacterias.
The methods in this study include measuring the timeliness of the module with the stopwatch and the number of bacterial colonies on the toothbrush before and after sterilization.
Based on the results in the Arduino UNO program has an error of 0.0625%, and the results of this laboratory test can be proven by the reduced number of bacterial colonies from 882 to 7 colonies.
