ANALISIS KETIMPANGAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI EKONOMI REGIONAL DI PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA TAHUN 2012-2016
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the magnitude of inequality between districts and cities in the Province of DKI Jakarta, sectors that have the potential to be developed to encourage economic growth and development, classify districts and cities in DKI Jakarta Province based on the growth rate and income. The analytical methods used are Williamson Index, Location Quotient (LQ), Shift-Share Arcelus, Klassen Tipology inter-regional approach and Pearson Correlation. Inequality in the Province of DKI Jakarta is considered a high imbalance because the value of Williamson index is> 0.60 for each observation period. Based on the results of Pearson correlation shows a value of 0.552 which indicates that the economic growth achieved by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government can not be felt by the public. Based on the findings, the suggestion that can be submitted is to implement the pro-people for development, where the community is involved in the development in the capital city so that the city and its citizens are happy.
