The main activity of the university with its main function is as the organizer of Education. In the implementation of academic services information technology (IT) is a necessary that university needed. Information System Bureau (BSI) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) is a bureau that is responsible as implementer and provider of information technology and information systems at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. However, BSI UMY does not yet have a mechanism to measure the quality of IT processes running in its environment, so that BSI is not aware of the good or bad implementation of the IT process that has been running. In collecting data it is used by spreading questionnaires, then conduct interviews with questions that have been determined based on the priority of information technology process at BSI UMY. From the questionnaires and interviews that have been done then got the value for each IT process is PO1 = 2.36, AI6 = 2.16, and DS13 = 2.64. It is known that the information technology process currently running on BSI UMY is still level 2 repeatabel but intuitive which means it has done but has no written guide and still working based on intuition and best practice. While level 3 defined which means has done activities or processes in accordance with existing procedures.
