This research was animed to understand and analyze the prosedure and implementation of murabahah contract on sharia housing finance of Bank Syariah Mandiri Katamso. This research carried out descriptive qualitative method meaning that the research was based on facts written in words or pictures, and then the were transcribed to provide clear and systematic facts. Then all the obtained are analyzed using the relevant theories. The findings of the research show that : procedure of sharia housing finance using murabahah contract consists of some stages starting from completion of customer application form, colic document, appraisal, approval from the bank, and contract making. Bank Syariah Mandiri Katamso is guided by the fatwa of sharia council No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 dated in April 1 2000 about Murabahah contract.
