IMPLEMENTASI SYARIAH MARKETING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PRODUK KPR SYARIAH GRIYA iB HASANAH
Abstract
The research at investigating the implementation of syariah marketing in improving the
quality of KPR Griya iB Hasanah product.
The type of the research was qualitative. The data was collected using observation,
documentation, direct interview to respondens namely the customers of KPR Syariah Griya iB
Hasanah financing at Bank BNI Syariah. The interview was conducted to the customers who
were using KPR financing or were going to use KPR financing. The approach used in this
research was descriptive which was a research conducted to describe the facts and problems in
the research venue which were interpreted rationally to draw the conclusion.
The research result indicated that syariah marekting was conducted by Bank BNI
Syariah especially is application to KPR Syariah Griya iB Hasanah product. The most
important thing to consider by the customers when deciding to use financing product of KPR
Bank BNI Syariah was that according to the customers, Bank BNI Syariah was a sharia bank
which was almost perfect.
