| dc.description | Mesin adalah sebuah sistem yang cukup kompleks, semua parts bekerja sama untuk menghasilkan tenaga yang dikonversi menjadi daya gerak mobil tersebut. Mesin mobil sendiri juga perlu perawatan untuk menjaga performa mesin tetap prima, tidak lain dengan cara melakukan perawatan rutin agar usia komponen bertahan lebih lama dan melakukan pengecekan jika terdengar suara aneh dari mesin.
Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai analisa dan pengecekan troubleshooting mesin daihatsu charade G10 serta bertujuan mengetahui cara kerja dari mesin 3 silinder daihatsu charade G10, mengetahui komponen – komponen mesinnya, serta mengetahui cara pengukuran terhadap komponen dari mesin daihatsu charade G10 agar dapat mengetahui komponen tersebut masih baik atau tidak.
Setelah melakukan pengecekan pada komponen ditemukan komponen yang telah aus seperti ring piston dan celah silinder yang harus dilakukan penggantian pada komponen tersebut guna mengembalikan performa mesin kembali normal. Hasil yang didapat setelah melakukan perbaikan bahan bakar lebih hemat sekitar 21.47% dari segi tenaga mengalami peningkatan kompresi rata – rata sebesar 22.05%. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The engine is a fairly complex system, all parts work together to generate power converted into the motion of the car. The car engine also needs maintenance to keep the engine performance remains prime, it takes routine maintenance for components last longer and also do check if came a strange sound from the machine.
The final project discuss about the analysis and checking throubleshooting machine daihatsu charade G10 and aims ti know the working of the 3 cylinder engine daihatsu charade G10, knowing the components of the machine daihatsu charade G10, and know how to measure the components of the machine daihatsu charade G10 in order to know the components still good ot not.
After checking on component found components thats have worn out such as piston rings and cylindrical gaps that must be replaced on the component in order to restore engine performance back to normal conditioin. The result obtained after making fuel improvements more efficient about 21.47% in terms of power experienced an average compression increase of 22.05%. | en_US |
