| dc.description | Spiritual merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting dalam perawatan paliatif. Pemberian kebutuhan spiritual kepada pasien dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dengan penyakit kronis.
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran spiritual pada pasien paliatif di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non-experiment menggunakan metode penelitian survey deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling berbatas waktu dengan sampel sebanyak 100 reponden. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner FACIT-Sp yang telah ditranslate ke bahasa Indonesia dan telah diuji Validitas (r=0,50) dan Reliabilitas (r=0,768).
Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan bahwa tingkat spiritual pasien paliatif di RS PKU Muhmmadiyah Gamping dengan nilai rerata 36,79 (0-48) dan komponen spiritual yang terdiri dari mean, faith dan peace mendaptkan nilai rerata masing masing komponen adalah 12,26; 12,85 dan 11,68 (0-16).
Gambaran spiritual pasien paliatif di RS Muhammadiyah Gamping Yogyakarta, pada kategori meaning, faith, peace dan tingkat spiritual sebagian besar telah melewati nilai tengah, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pasien paliatif menuju ke spiritual baik. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diharapkan Rumah Sakit dapat meningkatkan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan psikospiritual pada pasien. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Spirituality is an important aspect of palliative care. Provoding spiritual needs to patients can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.
The purpose of this research is to know the spiritual status of palliative patients in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Yogyakarta Hospital. This research is a non-experiment research used descriptive survey research method. The sample in this study was taken used the technique of total sampling with time limit of 100 respondents. The instrument of this study used FACIT-Sp questionnaire which has been translated into Indonesia and has been tested Validity (r=0,50) and Reliability (r=0,768).
The result of univariate analy sis showed that the spiritual level of palliative patients in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital with the mean values of 36,79 (0-48) and the spiritual component consisted of mean, faith and peace obtained mean values of each component is 12,26; 12,85 and 11,68 (0-16).
The spiritual status of palliative patients at Muhammadiyah Gamping Yogyakarta Hospital, in the categories of meaning, faith, peace and spiritual level most have passed the cut of point, it showed that the palliative patient is headed to the good spiritual.
