      Abstract
      This research aims to analyze the value chain in waste management in the waste bank and TPST in the Village of Pedurungan Kidul and Muktiharjo Kidul, District Pedurungan, Semarang City. The subjects in this research are the actors of the value chain in the waste management. In this research, the sample of 30 respondents are selected using purposive sampling methods and snow ball sampling. The analytical methode used is the analysis of supply chain, value chain, value added and SWOT. Based on the analysis that has been done show that in general, the supply chain of waste management consists of 3 models. The value chain in waste management involves nine main actors, household as suppliers of raw materials, waste bank and TPST as intermediaries with collectors and manufactures of waste processing products, collectors as waste containers, industries as actors who process waste, stall as the last actor in product marketing, waste collector as a waste transport servise from household to TPS, and manager of TPS and TPA as the monitor. The biggest added value was accepted by the waste bank in the Village of Pedurungan Kidul, as well as using SWOT analysis in determining marketing strategies and increasing production.
