PENGARUH KUALITAS LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN NON AKADEMIK UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze influence quality of work environment
direction and intensity in accordance with together and as individual towards
employee performance at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta.
The research sample are employee non academic which amount 100
respondents that they had been working min 1 year and senior high school.
