KOMITMEN AFEKTIF SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PENGARUH PERSON-JOB FIT DAN PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT TERHADAP JOB INVOLVEMENT KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research is carried out with the goal of identifying and analyzing the influence of Person-job fit and Person-organization fit toward Job involvement using affective commitment as the mediating variable. The object of the research is employees of three BPRS in Yogyakarta, those are PT. BPRS Margirizki Bahagia, PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera and PT. Bangun Drrajat Warga. The research is associative quantitative research. On the research, data was compiled by giving questionnaires to 77 employees on those three BPRS. Method used in compiling the data was saturation. Analysis technique used was SmartPLS 3,0. The result indicates that 1) Person-job fit does not give any significant influence toward affective commitment 2) Person-organization fit gives positive influence toward affective commitment 3) affective commitment gives positive influence toward job involvement 4) person-job fit gives positive influence toward job involvement 5) person-organization fit does not give any significant influence toward job involvement 6) affective commitment gives complete mediation between person-organization fit and job involvement.
