In this research, the researcher discuss about campaign strategy of Saptosari sub-district to prevent child marriages, devorces, and to reduce maternal and infant mortality. The researcher have chosen Saptosari sub-district because of their success to reduce early-age marriage cases become none case in year 2016. Their campaign strategy than become a guide of BPPM DIY to do the same thing that is maturity of marriage age campaign. The purpose of this study is to know more and more how the campaign strategy which is done by the officers of Saptosari district so that is able to reduce child marriage, devorces, and maternal and infant mortality rate. The kind of this research that is used by descriptive qualitative study with the deepest interview and study documentation aggregate technique. Data analysis technique is from Miles and Huberman model, in which there are data accumulation, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result of this research prove that campaign strategy which is done by officer Saptosari sub-district had succsess to reduce child marriages quantity, devorces, and maternal and infant mortality. The campaign strategy which is done that is declaration of stop early-age marriages, socialiszation, society education and restrict marriage dispensation.
