The fuel system is one of the most important system of the vehicle. The fuel system serves as a fuel storage and to supply mixture fuel and air to the combustion chamber for combustion process. If one of the components of the fuel system is damaged or impaired then the performance of the engine will be disrupted. From above statement it is necessary to have periodic maintenance of the vehicle for the performance of thne machine remains maximal. This Final Project aims to restore the machine condition to the normal condition. Then we do an analysis of the condition, the workings, and measurement of component. Dfrom the result of the analysis it will be known whether the fuel system on the vehicle is still good or not. So that later will be made improvements to the system. This Final Project concludes : 1) fuel consumption before repair, 2) fuel consumption after repair, 3) condition of fuel system component, 4) fuel efficiency, this data can be known from fuel consumption before and after repair.
