This research purposed to obtain cost, income, profit and properness of corn farming. The quantity method used as the method of this research. The location chosen by considering the largest product quantity of Kabupaten Dompu. The Multistate Random Sampling has been selected to choose the respondents. The data that used in this research taken from 2017. The result shows that hybrid corn farming at Kecamatan Manggelewa, Kabupaten Dompu, NTB took Rp 15.658.229 production cost, Rp 34.206.960 acquisition, Rp 18.548.718 income and Rp 14.933.617 profits. Thus, the R/C of hybrid corn farming in Kecamatan Manggelewa, Kabupaten Dompu, NTB is 1.77, more than 1 as the minimum ratio so this is feasible to cultivate. The labor productivity are over the daily wages in this region, about Rp 1.052.443 and the funding productivity reached 98% larger than bank interest rate, about 12%/year. This is correspond with the terrain productivity about Rp 9.594.894, larger than the land lease.
