KUAT TEKAN PADA SELF COMPACTING CONCRETE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BAHAN TAMBAH SERBUK BATA MERAH SEBAGAI PENGGANTI PASIR
Abstract
Research that analyzes about compressive strength of Self Compacting
Concrete (SCC) using a superplasticizer as an added material to reduce the
viscosity of the concrete mix so that a concrete can flow with its own weight without
the aid of vibrators or other vibrating tools and other additives is a red brick
powder that is the destruction of intact bricks and has a clay base containing
pozzolan and has a high binding force against fresh concrete mixtures. Red brick
is used as a replacement for sand as much as 20%, 40% and 60% so it can be seen
the difference of compressive strength and flowability on the difference of mixture,
which is better result. On fresh concrete is done to check flowability of Slump flow
test, V-funnel test, J-Ring test and L-Box test. Strong compressive tests were
performed over a period of 7, 14 and 28 days. Maximum compressive strength test
results were obtained on 28 day test difference with a mixture of 20% red brick
powder of 39.28 MPa.
