This study aims to determine the cost, income, income, profit and feasibility of oil palm nursery farming. Site determination is done purposively. Data collection of respondents was conducted using census method as much as 23 respondents. Primary data was obtained by direct interviews to farmers using questionnaire aids, secondary data is data obtained indirectly. The data used in the last year is 2017. After obtained the data then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the total cost incurred for the process of oil palm nursery for 9-12 months that is Rp.13.913.655, - with revenue Rp.16.165.848, - and income Rp. 9.989.980, - as well as profit of Rp 2.252.193, -. The feasibility analysis of farming with R / C Ratio 1.16, it shows that the oil palm breeding farm is feasible to be developed because it is bigger than 1. Capital productivity is 45%, bigger than the prevailing interest rate is 9%. Labor productivity of Rp 92.158, - this shows decent farming because greater than the prevailing wage of Rp. 70.000, - / HKO. Break Event Point (BEP) worth Rp 24,495 and Break Event Point (BEP) production of 488 seeds, while farmer price is Rp 28,461 and farmer production is 568 seedlings at Rp 28,461, then the farmer has exceeded the breakeven point and made a profit. Thus, it can be said that the oil palm nursery farming in Desa Sungai Menang can be considered feasible to run.
