KELAYAKAN USAHA PENGGEMUKAN SAPI DENGAN PAKAN METODE FERMENTASI (STRAWMIX) DI DUSUN BANGGALAN KECAMATAN DUKUN KABUPATEN MAGELANG
Abstract
The research was purposed to know breeders profile, asses how much is the cost, the revenue, the profit and the business feasibility of a cow fattening with fermentation methods and conventional methods. The basic method used in this research was descriptive analysis. Sample was taken by a cencus, with numbers of 12 respondents consist of 3 breeders cow with fermentation methods and 9 breeders cow with conventional methods. Based on the research, The total cost of fattening cattle with fodder fermented methods per 3 tails is Rp 47,715,573,-, resulting in the acceptance of Rp. 58,244,667,-and the income of Rp. 13,764,055,-with a turnover of Rp. 10,529,094,-whereas the total cost of fattening cattle with feed conventional methods of 2 tails is Rp. 34,441,396,-produce conventional acceptance of Rp. 40,584,667,-8,728,467,-and revenues with profit of Rp. 6,143,271,-.Labour productivity, capital productivity and R/C venture fattening cattle with fodder fermented is higher than the method of fattening cattle feed with conventional methods. Labor productivity of dairy farmers with feed fermentation method of Rp 479.759,-/HKO, a 26% capital Productivity and R/C 1.22 while labour productivity dairy farmers with feed conventional methods of Rp 343.017,-/HKO, the productivity of capital is 23% and R/C 1.19.
