PERANCANGAN APLIKASI PENYAMPAIAN INFORMASI PEMBUATAN KARTU DAN SURAT BERBASIS ANDROID PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN DAN KEPOLISIAN DI KABUPATEN PENAJAM PASER UTARA
Abstract
The quality of public services greatly affects the public perception of
bureaucratic performance. The quality of good public services can be seen from the
quality of information received by the community. Good information is information
based on facts that are guaranteed to be true (factual). The purpose of this study is
to convey information and assist the community in the process of making identity
cards and permits at the sub-district office and Police of Penajam Paser Utara
Regency.
Communities often question the proper procedure for making identity
cards or permits. This is due to information on procedures that should be submitted
periodically stalled for some reason. The consequence of the information delivery
interuption is the distortion of information that can cause other problems such as
errors in undergoing a procedure and lack of requirements to undergo the procedure.
Therefore, it is necessary to have another method in the delivery of
procedural information. The development of an android-based information delivery
application in Penajam Paser Utara District makes it easy for the community to
access procedural information.
Based on the results of testing with questionnaires in Penajam Paser Utara
district can be concluded that the community felt very helpful with the application
of this android based information delivery. This can be a support to update the
existing information delivery system in Penajam Paser Utara District.
