PENERAPAN PEER REVIEW DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS E-MAIL BERBAHASA JEPANG
Abstract
There are factors that must be consider when a sender write message in Japanese language, so the message can be understood by the receiver. But the lack of student’s skill in writing message in Japanese is one of problem that hinder in making an understandable message. Appropiate teaching and learning technique are required to increase the student’s skill in writing message. Based on that argument, the researcher suggest peer review to be employedin learning how to write acceptable message in Japanese, so the student can improve their skill.
This research aimed to know the implementation of peer review in writingmessage,by using qualitativemethod.Data are obtained throughdocumentation, interview, questionnaire.
Findings showed that peer review encouraged learnersto be active in class activities and learning.Peer review also encourage learners to cooperate with their peers in learning, andpromote ability to give review for their peer’s writing.It is also encourage learners to pay more attention to their writing and be thorough when writing message.
