Green Jogja is a concept of Green CSR that collaborating between environmental conservation and community development. At the time of the process of implementation, CSR Green Jogja involves the community and also the company that was in the vicinity to educated about the importance of save the environment. Such educational activities realized by the cleansing action of the vandalism and also planting trees. The purpose of this research is to find out about the implementation of Green Jogja in the year 2017. Research methods in this study using a qualitative approach. As for the collection of data using techniques in-depth interviews and two representatives of the HRD Hotel Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta, head of the village of Sariharjo, as well as one person Sariharjo Villagers and study documents. The results of this study showed that CSR programs Green Jogja is a form of implementation of the policy of Hyatt Thrive that should be owned by every property of Hyatt International. Hyatt Thrive is itself a policy that serves to manage, nurture and guide the environment for the sake of the noble objectives namely to contribute in the areas of education, health, the economy and also the environment. The results of this research also shows that there are several factors that affect the implementation of Green Jogja . These factors are the support of the hotel that is in the form of internal human resources and hotel resources. On the external part of the hotel, the support given in the form of the existence of the competition to capture the perpetrators of the citizens of vandalism.
