ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIASI TEMPERATUR SINTERING DAN KETINGGIAN JARAK CEROBONG PENGIONISASI TERHADAP SIFAT OPTIK KACA FTO
Abstract
FTO glass that used as substrate DSSC glass must have high optical characteristic. Process of making the FTO glass by using sintering temperature method and solution ionization because this method was simple and relatively low cost. This FTO glass made by tin (II) chloride hydrate as precursor, ammonium florid as a doping and ethanol 99% as solvent. The result of optical characteristic was influenced by sintering temperature with the variation 400oC, 450oC, 500oC, 550oC and altitude of ionization chimney with the variation 1 cm and 1,5 cm The results of this research showed that the higher the sintering temperature the smaller the conductivity value and the transmittance value and the higher the distance of the ionization chimney the smaller the conductivity value and the higher the transmittance value. In this research, the high optical characteristic of FTO glass were obtained at sintering temperature of 400oC and height of ionization chimney distance 1 cm with resistivity value 26,72 .cm and transmittance value 80,64%.
