HUBUNGAN KEJADIAN BULLYING DENGAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAH
Abstract
Bullying continues to occur In school-aged children. Many of the impacts of the occurrence of bullying is one of them is confidence. Student self-confidence is relatively low due to bullying and will affect his social life later. This study aims to determine the relationship of bullying with confidence in school-age children. This research uses quantitative method with cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is 52 people taken using simple random sampling technique. Instrument in the form of questionnaire. The questionnaire has been done validation and reliability test results r for the bullying variable of 0.927 and confidence variable 0.898. This research has passed the ethics study in FKIK UMY, Data analysis using spearman rank. The results of this study indicate there is a significant relationship between the occurrence of bullying with self-confidence in school-age children (p-value) = 0.001 (<0.05). These results explain that the higher the number of occurrences of bullying that there will have an impact on student s' self-confidence that decreased vice versa
