GAMBARAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP PERAWATAN PENUMPATAN GIGI ANTERIOR DI RSGM UMY TAHUN 2016-2018
Abstract
Background : Anterior teeth are at risk to developing caries that can affect to
aesthetic. Restoration is one of the treatment that can restore teeth appearance
and self confident. Patients are satisfied if the service they receive is as expected..
Research Aim : The research aimed at learning the overview of patients
satisfaction level toward anterior teeth restoration treatment at RSGM UMY year
2016-2018.
Research Methodology : The type of research is descriptive observational using
cross sectional research design. The samples were 107 patients. The research
used questionnaires to measure 5 dimensions of satisfaction such as tangibility,
reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty.
Research Result : The result indicates that based on all dimensions, 41, 66 %
patients were very satisfied, 51,8% were satisfied, 5,85% were not satisfied
enough, 0,6% were not satisfied, and 0,09% were very unsatisfied.
Conclusion : The level of patients satisfaction toward anterior teeth restoration
treatment at RSGM UMY year 2016-2018 is 51,8% of the patients were satisfied.
