GAMBARAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP PELAYANAN PERAWATAN SALURAN AKAR TUNGGAL DI RSGM UMY TAHUN 2016 - 2018
Abstract
Background: Single root canal treatment requires continuous and longer period
of time, thus the treatment satisfaction of patients can be affected. It can be
influenced by several factors, such as: tangibility, responsiveness, assurance,
reliability, and empathy.
Objective: To determine the factors that affect treatment satisfaction of patients
towards single root canal treatment quality in RSGMP UMY in the year of 2016-
2018.
Method: The type of research used is observational research with cross sectional
approach that is descriptive non-analytic. Simple random sampling was used for
sampling which was taken randomly for 52 respondents who are undergoing
single root canal treatment in RSGMP UMY by fill out an online questionnaire
directly.
Result: Based on the result, it is obtained that 57.14% are satisfied, 36.08% are
very satisfied, 6% less satisfied, 0.55% dissatisfied, 0.37% very dissatisfied with
the ability of the clinical students performance. The factor that should be
improved is reliability.
Conclusion: Overall the patients were satisfied with single root canal treatment
that performed by the clinical students
