dc.descriptionLately, the emergence of business based technology become trends. The rapid development in Indonesia become supporting factor the growth of business based technology. Startup is pioneer companies that still in the early stage and has own criteria. Now days, startup business encompass many aspects of life. Mass media is having massive progress because the presence of technology which is more sophisticated. The use of technology on media achieved a peak in 2010 when internet penetration in Indonesia society is higher. Thus, there are many online media which some of this established as company to seek profit. In 2011, Ngonoo media launched a product named Ngonoo.com as information technology and gadget portal. The existence of it provides update information and useful until now that it is the success of the ngonoo.com management in operating startup business. Management which is conducted by ngonoo.com startup to manage this media has many changes and development. Management using virtual redaction because of limited human resource and the adaption process of era development. Start from here, the research is conducted to analyze media management of Ngonoo.com startup based on four elements in management concept: planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Ngonoo.com put the efficient and effective work, but still needed to do improvement to achieve vision and mission of company.en_US
