      Abstract
D.I Yogyakarta has a number of transportation problems, especially traffic. The number of tourists who come to Yogyakarta to make the volume of vehicles more solid. The number of tourists will also increase the need for lodging, so Hotel Luminor Winotosastro Jogja plans to develop its hotel to meet those needs. To minimize the impact of traffic on the development activities of Hotel Luminor Winotosastro Jogja then it needs a traffic impact analysis (ANDALALIN). In this study using the comparison method for parking and generating needs, for comparison Kangen Boutique Hotel selected, as well as current and operational traffic performance refers to MKJI 1997. Based on the analysis of the operational needs of 67 SRP cars and 77 SRP motor with wide 1334.2 m2, is sufficient because the hotel provides land for parking area of 3200.45 m2, the performance of roads on the existing existence of the highest degree of saturation (DS) 0.99 and the level of service road "E", Do Nothing at the beginning of operations Jl. Laksda Adisucipto experienced an increase in degree of saturation (DS) of 0.19 (19%) to 1.18, so the service level "E" becomes "F" ie the volume of traffic is at its capacity. After 5 years of operation the highest degree of saturation (DS) 1.82 at "F" road service level. if it refers to the safe boundary of MKJI 1997 reference for road segment DS = 0.85 then this road section needs to improve the performance of its road segment. After Do Something the highest initial DS operating value is 1.03 with the "F" road service level, and the top 5-year operational DS is 1.58 "F" road service level.
