EVALUASI TEBAL PERKERASAN LENTUR JALAN DENGAN METODE ANALISA KOMPONEN BINA MARGA 1987 DAN METODE AUSTROADS MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM KENPAVE
Abstract
Indonesia’s highway is not only a infrastructure of transportation that connects one
place to another but also as one of the most important in improving the economic
welfare of the community. Maospati – Sukomoro street is located in Magetan
districts of East Java. Magetan districts of East Java has so many factories such as
the sugar, textile and leather so there are possibilities of many vehicles passing
through this Maospati – Sukomoro street. This road is a provincial road that
disperses Madiun and Ngawi districts. This study was conducted with the aim to
design the thickness of pavement and the ability of the road in experiencing cracked
of weariness and cracked of grooves. The method Analysis Components Bina
Marga 1987 method and AUSTROADS method which is then analyzed using
Kenpave program. The result showed that the pavement thickness calculation using
Analysis Components Bina Marga 1987 method resulted in a surface layer (Laston
MS 590) of 7.5 cm, upper layer (Layer soil stability with lime) of 20 cm, base layer
(sirtu/pitrun class A) of 28 cm. Whereas if using AUSTROADS method produce
surface layer (LASTON MS 590) equal to 26.5 cm, and base layer (sirtu pitrun class
A) is 50 cm. The result using Kenpave program for fatigue crack (Nf) Analysis
Component Bina Marga 1987 method is 21.546,03 while AUSTROADS method is
956.862,55. For the crack (Nd) Analysis Component Bina Marga 1987 is
526.588,54 while AUSTROADS method is 19.276.509,28. The calculation of the
planned plan load repetition value (Nr) is 1.945.972,63. The obtained values
indicate that for the Nf value of the Analysis Compoenent Bina Marga 1987 method
and the AUSTROADS method the designed pavement thickness is not able to
withstand the planned traffic load. While the values obtained for the Nd values of
the Analysis Component Bina Marga 1987 method, the thickness of the designed
pavement is not able to withstand the planned of traffic load. As for the value of Nd
method AUSTROADS thick pavement designed to withstand the planned traffic
load.
