PENGARUH CITRA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN ANGGOTA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of image and service quality on the satisfaction of Members of BMT Batik Mataram in Wirobrajan District in 2017. This analysis uses independent variables namely image (X1) and service quality (X2). The dependent variable is member satisfaction (Y).
Subjects in this study were members who used services at BMT Batik Mataram Wirobrajan Yogyakarta. Samples were carried out using purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by questionnaires distributed directly to members as many as 61 questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable both partially and simultaneously.
The results of this study indicate that both independent image and service quality variables both have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the dependent variable Member Satisfaction.
