ANALISIS PENGARUH BEBAN BERLEBIH (OVERLOADING) KENDARAAN TERHADAP UMUR RENCANA JALAN DAN KETEBALAN LAPISAN PERKERASAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AASHTO 1993
Abstract
The road is an important transportation infrastructure in a country, that has
provide services in the fields of education, culture, politics, social work and can
increase economic activity. This research located on the Solo-Yogyakarta
Highway Km 9-Km 15 the objectives of the research is to evaluable the effect of
overloading on life design reduction of pavement. This research use the AASHTO
1993 method to analyze the research give the results that life design of the road
will be reduced around 6,7 years because of overloading. The pavement layer
thickness based on standard load are Laston 20,1 cm, Base 4,1 cm (Sirtu A) and
Subbase 15 cm (Sirtu B) on the otle hand the pavement layer thickness based on
overload are Laston 22,1 cm, Base 5,6 cm (Sirtu A) and Subbase 22,1 cm (Sirtu
B) respectively. The results showed that overload cauted the reduction of life
design of the pavement.
