      Abstract
      The success of a project's net is influenced by duration and cost. The project is considered successful if done in accordance with the duration, in accordance with the scope, and in accordance with the budget, but does not eliminate the quality of work that will be produced from the end of the work. There are various ways in which to produce effective and efficient projects, one of them is by comparing the duration and cost of adding overtime hours to construction projects, the thing that need to be considered for accelerated work is critical work, it means the work may not be late because the duration of the critical work affects the overall duration of project completion. Duration Cost Trade Off method is a method that is used duration simulation of project scheduling, by using Microsoft Project 2010 program. The result of this study can be seen that in normal condition the project cost is Rp. 6.470.000.000 with a normal duration of 184 days. After the simulation, the addition of 2 hours overtime the total price that must be spent is Rp. 6.458.543.047,61 with a total duration of 149.88 days, for the addition of 4 hours overtime the total price that must be paid is Rp. 6.579.434.167,63 with a duration of 131.65 days that must be spent in the amount of Rp. 6.754.158.039,89 with a duration of 121.54 days. From the result of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the addition of overtime hours on project implementation can reduce the total duration of the project from the previous project scheduling, but for the total project costs, there was an increase after the project accelerated by adding overtime.
